If you've done a remodel project before, you might be in better shape because you are likely to know things that might come up and you probably then would ensure that they are put in the contract. The bottom line is make them put in the contract all of the promises that they make. We should have gotten estimates from other companies. I think that we would have gotten better prices elsewhere based on what we're finding out now
