Chris and his son came to do a grout filling of some cracks in our showers. Chris informed my husband that grout could be done but caulk would be better for "Florida houses". My husband said ok and they "matched" the color of our current grout. First of all the color match was wrong. Our grout is grayish white and they chose some shade of tan. Secondly, our shower is tall and he smattered caulk on the ceiling and left it there. Now my shower is mismatched and it looks like mold is on the ceiling. This was not professional and now I will have to have my ENTIRE shower scraped repainted and regrouted thanks to his inability to do good work.
