You should know that people take animal abuse seriously. Any one who would TORTURE AN ANIMALthe way that Jason Hampton did , would not hesitate to harm a woman or a child.
To let the charges drop against him is ,in my mind criminal.
I would give 0 stars if I could. And I will remind anyone I know to make sure you are never elected again
