3 weeks ago Great people, great prices! We had our whole home redone, new carpet & luxury vinyl plank. Moon's was referred to us & we are glad we found them! Everyone was a joy to work with. From the ladies in the office to the guys that installed. Ashley gave us a great price. They moved the furniture and installed the floors all in one day. We are beyond pleased! Definitely recommend Moon's Carpet to all our family and friends!

So glad I found Moon's Carpet. The guys were awesome. Very clean & professional. So glad I found them. Saved me a ton of money, over $1000 cheaper than the other quote I got. They moved my furniture & cleaned up.. excellent job! Super nice family owned business!

The crew damaged several pieces of furniture including cracking the frame of my daughters bed that ultimately needed to be replaced. The owner, Ashleigh (who was not present while crews moved furniture nor for the install job) stated her crew didn't damage our furniture as they've "never had that happen before". We tried to negotiate a discounted price or have her file an insurance claim however she refused to bring her insurance company into the matter and the amount of discount she offered didn't come close to covering the cost of even the cheapest replacement bed we found. She filed a lawsuit and we were taken to court; eventually coming to an agreement in mediation. Extremely unprofessional behavior by Ashleigh as she'd rather cover for her crew then have them own up to their mistakes.
