DON'T USE THIS CONTRACTOR. UNPROFESSIONAL, CAUSES DESTRUCTION. Talks a talk when you meet him, but doesn't walk the walk. This Mo guy (owner) & his helper Derrick did a shoddy job mostly on a storm door & substandard job on 300 sq. feet of carpet that was NOT stretched like it should've been. I removed the old carpet myself & MO charged me $730 for maybe a $200 job per a friend who looked at the terrible work. My new storm door won't close & you can't lock the door. There's a 1/4-3/8 gap in the corner of the door where flies can get in. It's one thing after another, and these 2 guys were in such a hurry to leave & I was so glad when they did. My new door (Mo insisted on THIS door that his helper wasn't versed in putting up) was drilled incorrectly, slides down and doesn't click locked - they lied to my face and said that's how it was suppose to be & just overall put it together very poorly. Mo also spilled carpet glue on my other new carpet in a bedroom & I didn't realize how big of a splotch it was. He wiped it off sneakily, but I didn't realize how big of an area it was when I saw residue until the next day. This was all around a BAD DEAL & they caused destruction also by making a shelf in the closet fall to the ground. He also didn't return my text, email with pics, or call. He's buddies with Maurice who deals with contractors at Menard's so his handyman sheet wasn't pulled from the flooring area yet. I will be contacting Menard's Corporate & he'll be losing his Menard's discount hopefully soon. Also Better Business Bureau. He demands cash, but will be on the radar once I report him to the BBB. BEWARE of this contractor.
