Jennifer Strouse
UPS in Lakeport and Ukiah does NOT deserve anyone’s business. Their drivers (Alice and Eric) are dangerous and are not trustworthy. Also, the management (Shaun Vipond and Tamara Renner) supports unacceptable behavior against customers and retaliates by banning deliveries for reporting misconduct. I strongly recommend using a different carrier.
