Building strength since 2005 CrossFit Portland was established by Scott Hagnas in March 2005. We were the first CrossFit in Oregon and one of the first 30 affiliates in the world (there are now more than 3,500!). Our mission is inspiring each other to reach what we feared was impossible. Our programming encompasses strength, mobility, conditioning, and flexibility. We also offer in-depth nutrition and recovery planning and assistance.
