I bought a house that had a brand new roof put on a month before we took ownership. A little over a year later we have a leak. I have contacted him and he now will not respond to messages or answer his phone. He won’t take responsibility for his work. I would never use him, I’m sure the guy that owned the house before us was a buddy of his so he got the job done quick and cheap.
