We were having issues in our office space with our thermostat. It just did not seem to be working. I called the Eugene phone number and the dispatch person took all the information from me and was very polite and professional. Within an hour the technician called me and made an appointment to come out (for the next day). He figured out the problem and was very helpful. He even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was okay.
