So one of the springs broke on our garage door and we called this company and spoke to Glenn. Was told he could come at 6pm and would be an after hours service charge. It took him 1.5 hrs to replace the spring. The work was great. No problem with that. The problem is the rapacious price gouging from this company. He blindsided us with a $900 bill! 1.5 hrs labor and a spring that costs less than $100. It's bullshit. These people are total ripoffs and just raping people. This is why they don't tell you the cost BEFORE doing the work. Because if they told us it would be $900 we would have told them to kick rocks. Never use them again. Who the #@$& does this with a clear conscience??
