This woman is dangerous. She was falsely represented to me and my family as my "doctor". She was callous, cruel, and on her best days indifferent at most. She had a mantra that she spewed regularly, "Life's Not Fair." I suffered extreme abuses by staff while under her care, including physical abuse and assaults so severe that they required police intervention, which is documented in police reports. Other patients under her care suffered abuse as well. The medications that she mandated staff to administer to me 4 times per day, rendered me debilitated, unable to defend myself against abuse. My mental and physical condition disintegrated under Ms. Needham's care. I have had to undergo extensive counseling in order to process the PTSD, trauma, and neurological ramifications that I now live with as a result of this woman's conduct. She is dangerous, and should never, ever be in a position of control over any patients. Period.
