On April 1, 1994 Tim and Linda Neff purchased a small towing company from Smart’s Truck and Trailer consisting of seven trucks and established TNT Wrecker Service, Inc. Over the years, the small company has grown into Southeast Texas’s largest towing and transport fleet.
