US Military service member for almost 18 years, was home on emergency leave for my Mother's funeral. I reached out to one of their realtors because we went to school in Marshall together and he was a respected member of the community. After he came and looked at my Mom's house, and said some very encouraging things, he completely ghosted me. After leaving multiple messages, it was apparent he was not going to call me back. I wasted two weeks of valuable leave time waiting on calls back, and had to return home to my duty station with no way ahead to get my late Mother's house sold. A simple phone call, text message, or anything saying he didn't want to take on the job of selling the house would have sufficed. I reached out to Century 21 and within 4 days they had already done twice as much work for me.
