Bradley Development owns Rockwood At Oliver’s Crossing in Winston-Salem, NC. I am a tenant there and have had to file a hud complaint due to the management company he hired, Intermark Management, who refuses to enforce the smoke free addendum at this property. I hope this developer will learn from his mistakes in the future and hire a competent management company as well as making sure any future buildings are constructed better. I have an air quality report that proves positive air is continually flowing into my unit and the air is contaminated with cigarette and weed smoke. Rather than enforcing the smoke free addendum, management would rather get rid of the good tenants. The local manager at Intermark is very unprofessional and shows favoritism toward those in violation of the lease terms. My sincere hope is that Bradley Development will learn from this particular situation. I give a one rating as he has had no communication with me or the hud investigator. At this point the regional manager is ignoring the hud investigator. I would never leave my properties in the hands of such an incompetent and unprofessional management company. These new buildings are being ruined from cigarette smoke, mold, and lack of upkeep.
