These people behave like crooks, we fired them! They allegedly rented out our property to "a nice family", and it turned out that they rented it out to some man who didn't even live on the premise. When we visited the property, we found that complete strangers not on the contract lived there, and they had the entire backyard planted with an obscene amount of weed. We were horrified. We told them to handle it. They didn't. They told me I had to give them 60 DAYS so they could find a place (I'm thinking, they're NOT ON THE CONTRACT). I asked for reparation for the damage done to my property by these people not on the contract. They told me to take it up to small claims and that they would NOT release information about the man on the contract. In fact they put a false address to be serviced on the small claim and other incorrect information as well. I paid for the entire process, and in the end, these tenants are no where to be found and I did all the repairs out of pocket (which was a couple thousand). And Action One Property Management basically didn't care and screwed us completely over. I would hate for anyone to be treated as horribly as I was. So consider a property manager that doesn't behave the way they did with us.

TERRIBLE property management. In our experience, never communicated with us about what was going on in our property. Verbally said one thing and the contract said another, which I find very dishonest. Was always late with depositing rent. Brought in people into the property without letting us know (not under the contract I was given/ informed of). Returned the property in horrible conditions. Would not assume responsibility for anything. The neighbors said there was questionable activity in the property, and when confronted she did mention the name of the person responsible (so she knew these people and what they were doing, yet failed to inform us). And apparently, they got in trouble with someone else for malpractice and the company is listed as limited under the Real Estate Bureau as of today!!! Do you really want someone like this managing your property, your hard work???? I think not. FYI, they like to post positive reviews of themselves. For example, any 5 stars/ positive review from a "Mayra Martin" or "Maria Orellana" should not count because she works there and is a relative of the main agent (Jackeline). She would always be sitting in the back room at their office. Like, the documents at this place are notarized by "Maria Jimena Orellana". (Trying to boost your stars by using a relative and/or co-worker, really?)
