I am a real estate professional. Zoom Drain has stood me up four separate times. Twice for my own home purchase and twice for a client of mine. The service requested each time was a Sewer Line Scope/Camera Inspection. For the first three attempted appointments, I was given a window of time for them to show up, and at the end (or after the end) of the window, they called to tell me that they were going to be extremely late or that they would need to reschedule. The fourth time I was told, after an apology and promised discount for not showing up the previous day, that the technician would arrive at exactly 8:30am the following morning ... At 8:30am, the dispatcher called to let me know the technician was on his way. I tried to ask how long he would be, and she didn't want to tell me at first. Finally, after much questioning, she told me he was in a location that was approximately 1 hour away. I hung up out of frustration and when trying to call back they would not answer and not call me back. This was the worst customer service I have experienced from a company. If I had to describe this company in two words: Unreliable and Unprofessional. I would not recommend, especially if your needs are time sensitive.
