We used Marine Cargo Inc. a few times to pick up containers from port. When we called to ask them for a delivery window - so that we could be prepared at the warehouse - they could not give us one. When we expressed to the representative how inconvenient this was, she replied that this was (quote) not her problem. We then asked if they were still interested in our business, or should we call someone else? The representative told us to call someone else. She then cancelled the scheduled pick up from port, leaving us with just one day to find another company. Our experience with Marine Cargo Inc. has not shown them to be very professional.
