I had an excellent experience with this company. My battery completely died in my car, unable to be jumped, in front of my house during the quarantine and I struggled to find someone who could put in a new battery at my home. I was stranded and tow companies wouldn’t allow rides. I called my roadside service for help and they were able to find Suisan Auto Repair willing to bring me a new battery. Keep in mind, I live North of Santa Rosa (over an hour drive minimum). None of the other companies would even give a quote to my roadside agent. However, this one not only gave me a quote but called me (I’ve never had that happen in 8 years) to give me the price, which was lower than the cost of me driving my car to a local auto shop even after tax. They literally only charged me for retail cost of my new battery. The guy who came out was kind and pleasant. He very quickly changed my battery, tested it, and tested my alternator to make sure I was in good shape before he left. I offered him water for this hot day and long ride home and he was very humble and lovely when I brought it to him in one of my many cooling bottles. It was an absolutely wonderful exchange to the point of me feeling like I’d be willing to drive the hour + time it’s take to get to his repair shop for future work. Thumbs up all of the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
