I had one of the worse experience at Saint John's store at Sawgrass Mills mall on 3/3/2023; I saw a beautiful silver blazer at the display window and decided to look at it. I came in with my granddaughter and Vivian in sales helped me get the size and let me tried it on but since we were in a hurry I told Vivian that we will come another time. The manager or the supervisor, Danielle, a white, blonde lady told her as we were exiting the store:" Make sure that before you give people good service, see if they could even afford our clothing." And then looking at us with such disgust. I'm physically handicap and had mentioned to Vivian that I didn't like to-wear the dress that came with the jacket because of the braces on my legs and using my crutches , this manager just saw only a person with a physical handicap and never saw me as a client. That's call discrimination. I want that person fire for her actions , she shouldn't be managing a store. My granddaughter was so upset that she was in tears to see how a person with disabilities could be discriminated at the store.
