BEWARE!!!! This unethical crook (Bill) took 2.5 months to fix a simple repair giving me every excuse under the sun why its not done yet then when it comes time to pay he claimed he no longer accepted credit cards with a sign hanging on the wall behind him saying he did. He then proceeds to give me an attitude after I had to return with the still broken vehicle a week and thousands of dollars cash spent telling me he won't be able look at his horrible job of originally trying to fix the problem for another two weeks. I ended up having to use and pay another mechanic because Bill was unethical and unable to perform what an average mechanic with any knowledge of automobiles should know. This Cracker Jack box certification mechanic cost me thousands of dollars and months of lost wages at work. I also noticed my new Interstate battery had been swapped for another stock battery that would no longer hold a charge. I stopped by the shop two times during the duration my vehicle was there since he has no customer service or communication skills never returning a phone call because he was always "busy" working yet the two times I stopped by Bills hands were as clean as the popes and hes either roaming around chit chatting or playing around installing someones air vents for the quick cash. This guy is a disgrace to all mechanics and should have his hands smashed so he can no longer over charge and rip people off unethically not standing behind his work. This unethical crook (Bill) took 2.5 months to fix a simple repair giving me every excuse under the sun why its not done yet then when it comes time to pay he claimed he no longer accepted credit cards with a sign hanging on the wall behind him saying he did.
