Let me start by saying that I Will Never buy anything from this company and am very disappointed with there staff and Ceo that I spoke to. I happened to purchase there beard balm for my husband from Walmart. That night my husband went to be on our new sheets from Costco I bought the day before and I woke up next morning a his pillow case was discolored. I filed a complaint to there Instagram and and they told me to return my sheets to Costco because they have a great return policy. Them not knowing I work for Costco for 20 years. How dare they not take responsibility for there product. How is this costco problem! I sent photo and all to a Tami by email I was givin from the person that message me. Did not here back and then I email someone else I found. Then I finally found there number. Guess who picked up Tami told her about why happened and of coarse they said we never had an issue like this. Them so guys gets on phone with speaker phone and says I am being ridiculous and said so really silly stuff like giving ten dollars to get a pillow case. I was like what ! So Tami emailed her Ceo and he said he was not going to take care of me. He said he sold xxx amount of product and will not take care of me but sent me product back and he will give me my money back and shipping. So I filed a complaint to Walmart and forward our conversations to them. If I could just have everyone read there response and would have heard our conversation I think you would change your mind out them
