Founded in 1983 as DataStudy, the company became Acuent in 2000 after acquiring Kinetic Technologies. In 2003, the name changed to CherryRoad Technologies to distinguish itself in the systems integration arena. The company provides three primary services: enterprise solutions, management consulting and technology solutions. The enterprise solution division implements, upgrades, customizes and integrates enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and technologies. CherryRoad offers PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP and Microsoft Axapta software solutions. The company s management consulting division works with clients to identify and plan major process improvements and overcome obstacles in regards to strategy, business process optimization, change management and organizational development. The technology solutions division offers facilitation of business processes by integrating them into a common infrastructure. CherryRoad Technologies is headquartered in Parsippany, N.J.
