Avoid these guys at all costs. After their initial treatment, they didn't come back to my house for over 6 months! I had to call them and ask what happened. They extended my contract another 6 months to make up for it, but did not come out as scheduled. I had an issue inside the home, that after several visits and promises that it would be taken care of, was not. When I called about it again, they wanted to charge me to come back out! You seriously want your customer to pay for your inability to get the job done? Clearly what you did didn't work. Rather than apologize and offer a better solution, especially for dropping the ball so often, he says he's just going to terminate our agreement and cut a check for the difference. It is not about the money. It's about the principle. The RIGHT thing to do is to fix the issue. That's how you KEEP paying clients. That's how you get renewals. That's how people send referrals. Not one follow up phone call. Not one email. Not one letter. ZERO communication with your customers. Sounds like you don't care...and it shows.
