Peaceful Rain Massage Therapy At Peaceful Rain Massage Therapy, clients are eased into deep relaxation using Swedish massage to relax the muscles and improve circulation. Basic stretches are used to loosen up shoulders, hips and lower back. Polarity is used to free blockages and balance energy. Reflexology is used on hands and feet to heal and lessen tension in corresponding body areas. Trigger points are used to break up and release knots. Acupressure points are stimulated with massage therapist’s hands throughout massage treatment to tone the body’s organ system and to help increase energy.
