Absolutely horrible! This company should not be allowed to do appraisals anymore. Completely clueless and not with the times anymore. Stated that kitchen improvements don't add value to your home and that schools districts don't matter. Several errors found on appraisal and were brought to his attention. He could care less. Stay far away from this company. Unprofessional
