This company lied and falsified a service report for an apartment complex. They are a shady company and I advise anyone to stay away if you pride yourself in integrity and being a decent human being. They claimed that we had boxes stacked in front of our ac unit and that was the reason our ac stopped working. we had our own third party person assess the situation before they even came out and they told us it was the main drain and not due to anything being in the storage closet that also houses the ac unit. our third party vendor told us that there is enough air flow. When bealls came in I even asked the techs if the stuff in the closet would cause it to just stop working and the tech said "not really" and accessed the situation. The tech when leaving said that it was in fact the main drain and that he got it fixed and even poured a water bottle through to make sure it was good. by the way, we had ZERO boxes in this closet. Oh and it's a new ac unit. Fast forward to today, we get a letter on our door stating that Bealls told our apartment complex that our ac wasn't working due to stuff blocking the ac unit. Absolutely and completely false! This company is willing to lie for the bigger company. STAY AWAY!
