Steven represents clients in criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation matters throughout Pope County and surrounding counties. Steven G. Higgins is an Arkansas criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and civil litigation attorney admitted to practice in 2011. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western New England School of Law and later completed a Master of Science degree at Arkansas Tech University. Steven has practiced law in the River Valley area for over a decade, handling high-stakes criminal cases where careful strategy and extensive courtroom experience matter most.
Steven spent ten years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in the Fifth Judicial District, where he participated in over 50 jury trials and accumulated thousands of hours of courtroom experience.
