I wanted to leave a review for Esther's Flowers & Gifts on their business page , but wasn't able to. So here it is, I would not recommend nor will I ever spend another penny in this shop for the following reasons
1. they didn't put the request ribbon in my Daddy's casket spray, nor did they call to inform us it wasn't there. May I mention, they were 2 simple ribbons reading "Daddy and Pops".
2. wilted flowers
3. when the flower shop was called to address the above mentioned issues, Jessica was very rude to my GRIEVING mother.
4. stated she had taken the flowers from someone else's arrangement to prepare ours. I sincerely hope your loved ones arrangement isn't the one the took the flowers from
5. white roses were requested and there was none,hydrangeas were blue, not white as requested no communication was made to notify us of this.
6. Jessica came to funeral home pulled out one wilted twig and shoved a new sprig into the arrangement. Not a word was said, not I am sorry, we will fix this NOTHING. @Corum Flower Shop had to come to the funeral home and correct the mess Esthers Flowers Gifts made. This is the service that was provide for 500 dollars worth of flowers to a family that has just lost their loved one. Go to Corums, get quality products, but above all else, get treated with respect. Please share the fire out of this post. I wouldn't want your Mom or loved one to be treated with as much disrespect and cold-hearted attention to detail as mine was on the very day my Daddy was taken to his final resting place.
