Crystal Dec is greedy and is dishonest. She chose not to disclose the condition of the failed leaking roof at a condo association where I reside. She worked closely with her brother and former property manager to obtain the listings and secure the sale. They were able to do this as the Dec family removed and replaced the damaged sheetrock and applied fresh paint under the problem areas to avoid disclosure.
