Michele Driggers
Clemons refused to repair our newly installed unit. It was not cooling properly. After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, we called Craig Cooling. Turns out the unit was overfilled with coolant for over 6 months, the ducts were improperly installed and the intakes were improperly installed. I also found out my warranty is only 5 years vs. 10 because Clemons did not register the unit.
