I called them to unplug my stopped up toilet. They snaked the sewer line from the alley instead of through the toilet. They failed to clear the line but charged American Home Shield regardless, who has the policy for homeowner items such as this. I called them back out but said I’d have to pay another fee to American Home Shield or they would not come back. They said that I had to replace my sewer line or they wouldn’t guarantee it as it is in such bad shape. I then called Roto Rooter to examine it & they stated that there was nothing at all wrong with the sewer line as it is in good shape. Master Plumbers REFUSED to refund my money in spite of the fact that they said they fixed my sewer problem but clearly DID NOT! I’ll never use these inept & dishonest people again as their guarantees & warranties are worthless!
