Their experienced staff gives advice on typical timelines during the design development which is very convenient if you don’t have time to follow up. They also give reports during the working drawing stage, through the tendering and pricing phase, and present detailed scheduling throughout the building process, to ensure that everything is on the clock and they won’t waste any minute during the duration of the project. They also coordinate the process of obtaining site plan approvals, building permits, and simplify the final occupancy approvals that you'll need for completion.
