Ben has done some work for us and does do a good job. My problem is with his pricing and integrity. He charges $132.5 an hour and then adds an extra 1/2 an hour for travel time. If he brings a helper to sweep and clean up after him, he will charge you an added $36.00 an hour for his wage. So now the hourly rate is $168.50 which includes 1/2 hour of travel time. So be sure to ask him for a bid to keep him honest! When I tried to explain to Ben that it would good business practice to be transparent with his pricing, he fired me and said he will not do anymore business with me. All I ask is to be fair, honest and upfront. So, I'd be careful when working with Ben.
