About Kris Allen Kris Allen is a CA State Certified Massage Therapist, as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher. She studied bodywork, energy therapies, has been learning and practicing Herbology, and natural healing arts since the 80’s. Besides her formal class training she had the opportunity to work for a local Chiropractor who took time to tutor her in bodywork, giving her an internship in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology. She has just completed a 2 year, 500 hour Kinesiology program gaining knowledge as a Health & Wellness Practitioner from the Kinesiology Institute of Southern California. Because every client is different, she has refined her skills in various techniques to develop a massage that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, based on the understanding of the subtle energy currents of the body.
