DO NOT USE. Tapan Marwardi is a CROOK. He was the hired appraisor for a condo in Jersey City that myself and a partner invested in. He called and texted incessantly when he needed something then took WEEKS to compile his inspection report. Very conveniently, he then released his report ONE DAY before our legal closing date and got our loan shut down by the lending firm off of his baseless appraisal claims. I heard terrible reviews from friends in the area about this company and wasn't initially concerned. I couldn't be more wrong. You are doing a major disservice to yourself if you hire Tap or Omni Appraisals.
