Not only was the product I bought of poor quality (literally something went wrong every time I used it), but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They were unresponsive to my problems, and then told me my product was "obsolete". It is not that old and I have only used it a maximum of 10 times. If I wanted to repair it, I would have to dismantle most of it and put in an "updated" part. The part was not covered under warranty and they had NO instructions on how to dismantle and install the part. This company and their products should be avoided!!!
