For sure lost a customer today and many more. I have used Good ole boys previously and was happy with them. This time however they showed up on time i will give them but then said they were leaving when only half the contracted work was complete. Then they said the dishwasher work was not on their work order which i then offered proof on the request. then i got a call from Chris the owner. who did not apologize for THEIR mistake, but instead told me he wanted an additional $480 mind you I had already paid the service charge for them to come out already and were already on site. and remaining work was estimated to be about 10 minutes or less. then tried to say they couldn't do it and had another appointment. Shameless business practice. and terrible service that was 100pct avoidable by just owning up to your own mistakes. but instead you lost money, respect, and a customer, and anyone who ever asks me or reads this hopefully. All over 10 minutes. think about it. where else are they cutting corners.
