Extremely racist. Staff will demean any person of color. Properties are trash. They barely fix anything and will find anyway to charge for their own negligence. Record and get everything in writing & save it. Corporate isn't worth your time either, whoever answers is in cohorts with the staff in the office. Best to take whatever issues and proof you have to court because this people have white sheets in their closets. Drugs being sold constantly and the security is a joke. Run!!!!!

Management does not enforce rules and it's the ghetto! Amanda is extremely unprofessionally and doesn't solve any issues. She's extremely unprofessional when confronted about her lies. My AC hasn't worked properly in 3 years because its had a hole in it and they just do patch work instead of actually repairing it. She told me last year it was fixed. However the first warm day my apartment's inside temp was 90 degrees. She told me there was nothing they could do because the humidity wasn't high enough outside. She actually giggled at the thought of me calling because it was cool outside. Had the audacity to say I left her a rude message that was recorded but left out the part she denied me corporate's number, hung up in my face and basically told me "get over it " because it's not even summer. She lied and told me they repaired it last year but maintenance told me there was a hole and they were too cheap to actual repair it. It's easy to judge when she's sitting in the comfort of her own home & not a sweat box with a sick child. They have never reimbursed me for food, hotels or anything due to my AC being out. Last year it was out an entire week..mid summer! Outside and inside are two different things. So basically it doesn't matter what your indoor temp is if it's not hot enough outside or the humidity isn't high enough they won't do anything. Well Amanda won't because they have always come out before. She stated it was in my lease that it has to do with humidity but o didn't see it and read it 3 times. I don't live outside I live in my apartment. My daughter has covid and I had to pay for a hotel once again and buy food out. Amanda never even offered me a fan, which they have. I had to buy two myself.Last year I was given an AC unit and a fan. When I asked for corporates number she told me NO!! And to look it up myself or call the office on Monday. She assumes everyone over here is trash and too stupid to do anything about her discrimination. The property wouldn't be bad if they actually had someone who enforced the rules and cares. They don't!!! I've reported my neighbor leaving trash for over a year and not once has she been fined. I reported my neighbors selling drugs for over a year & yet they're still here selling them. Staff seems to uphold the negative and treat good tenants less than. I pay my rent on time and stay in my apartment. I don't even have visitors because the outside is so disgusting. If you do live here get all the contact info you need or make sure you report her and any other staff to hud and anyone you can. Stop letting people like this trample over you just because you live in based on income. I pay my rent on time and I'm positive have the only clean unit in my building. She didn't want to send a tech to add Freon to my ac but yet could care less about the drugs being sold in the parking lot or the blinds that look like missing teeth throughout the whole complex.
