If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! I have been in the work force for over 20 years and never worked anywhere like this place. The incompetence of management is mind boggling!!! There are no benefits and it's basically living week to week!! Year after year they would look us in our faces and lie to us about not having money for raises or bonuses or even a gift card to the local grocery store for thanksgiving or Christmas when we would ship a half million to a million dollars of product weekly. I worked there for almost 7 years and never nothing more than a paycheck. They make you accrue your vacation time because they WILL NOT approve you to use it and you can't cash it in so they basically just screw you out of it. Sick hours are the same as well. Gotta give a 2 week notice to receive sick pay. Who knows they are going to be sick 2 weeks in advance?? It's just a scheme to not have to pay you! It's the most petty, disrespectful place I have ever worked. They have absolutely no clue what goes on or who even does the work and doesn't do anything at all. The higher up the ladder you go the more work they expect you to do. They act like since they sign your paycheck you are no longer a human being you are just a doormat for them to wipe their feet on anytime they feel like it and you are supposed to be appreciative that they would even let you be their doormat. Karma is real and they will answer for all the people they have wronged!!! If you have any choice and I mean ANY other choice then believe me you better take it cause this place is ludicrous.
