Terrible company! DO NOT USE! I found a listing for an apartment by them on Zillow. I called and emailed them my planned move-in date, and all information they would need to know several WEEKS in advance. They never once answered their phone or email. They finally got in touch a few days before I had to drive 2000 miles to meet them, asking me to text them. Finally in contact, we agree on a time for a showing. Except that they never showed up... After waiting more than an hour we decided to drive (more than 40miles one-way) to the atwater property office and meet them in person. Except we couldn't do that, because even though it was normal office hours nobody was there. I managed to get ahold of the manager of the complex and he showed me around. He then tried to call this company to get the forms needed to move in, and even the manager couldnt get ahold of them. He made a photo-copy of a form he had and I filled it out. He told me that it would take at least a week to know if I could move in. Even after being in contact with this company for WEEKS, they never once mentioned any paperwork or waits for background checks. Note to this company: I will be contacting the owner of the property directly and letting them know about my terrible experience. Id bet that if the owner knew that a potential customer was treated like this he might reconsider his contract with you. If you contact me, and get me moved in immediatly, I might take this review down. Shame on you.
