This is the most unprofessional property management company. They are resists. This company assigned themselves to our building complex and all they do now is just nonsense. When I purchased my unit I obviously submitted all the documents to the HOA ( whoever was before JSB. Over year they harassing me for all types of things. Starting with dog documentation ( which was submitted 3 times) , parking spot ( which clearly stated in my purchase documents), car warning stickers ( while car is registered and on assigned parking spot ), didn't let contractors work on renovating unit ( on Monday 1pm.. apparently someone called to complain about noise) , and my favorite is that I must do my whole background and registration over again after 2,5 years of owning my unit because they lost that information. Where in the world all that is ok? I'm not even saying that there people who's renting units for over 5 years in the building ( while allowed only 6 month) ...
