OINK and MOO BBQ hit the streets of NJ in the fall of 2012 as New Jersey's Premier BBQ Food Truck and has since expanded to include a second food truck based in Philadelphia, with another truck hitting the streets of NJ this summer. We also just opened our first brick-and-mortar in Florham Park, NJ with a second location coming to Philadelphia this spring. We specialize in smoked brisket, pulled pork, and ribs, with taco, slider, and quesadilla options to satisfy the pickiest of eater!!
