So I called AAA on the morning of Wednesday, 3/15/17, to tow a vehicle, and a driver from Kriss Towing and Transport was assigned to my case. Little did I know they were sending a thief my way. The whole situation is a long story, but basically, the tow truck driver stole my wallet. I have proof of where my wallet dropped when I quickly hopped out of the passenger side of my friend's car to meet with the driver. The proof is the spare house key that I kept tucked away in a card slot in my wallet, which my friend and I found in the lawn right where I hopped out of the passenger side of his vehicle; we found it during our search for my wallet after the driver left the scene. Both myself and the tow truck driver were the only two people who had set foot in that general area before he left.I called the driver later on to plead with him for the contents of the wallet, even telling him that he could keep the cash. This scumbag's first reaction was to aggressively cuss me out, calling me things like "mother fucker" and "bitch ass nigga". This is the type of person this company hires and sends out to tow your vehicle when you're already in a bad situation and in desperate need of help. Bonafide Scum! The company has made no effort to rectify this situation and has dismissed my claims. I want everyone to know about this foolishness so that they will be wary when dealing with this company.
