Mark Andrew Lockwood don't hire him he's a bad contractor! I brought in an expert to look at his work. Everything he did had to be ripped out and replaced by a reputable contractor. Mark Lockwood had been paid $45,000 that I lost. He did not pull any permits that were necessary and would have protected me with city inspections. When the expert came in he got angry and threw a new downdraft vent across the room. Twenty four hours later he threw 350 gallons of garbage in my living room and abandoned the job. He has complaints filed on his state license from my filings. He charged time and materials and did not give me a necessary contract. He charged more hours then he worked including paid lunch and breaks.

After reachin out to Mark with no reply, I'm currently starting a construction defect law suit for an improperly installed toilet closet flange that caused a sewage leak into the kitchen below.
