***BEWARE*** This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. No call no shoes for “much needed girls trips”. Measure and delivered the wrong glass twice. Installer shows up with his ex wife to help him and she promptly lets me know “this is his first install”. I then had to help them carry this huge panels and doors up a flight of stairs the back down after discovering measurements where wrong. 2 weeks later the glass finally comes and the installer brings someone that can actually help. They scrap up my ceiling trying to position the glass THEY measured. After I was told to come up with a solution and I declined they said they would come the following morning. CLAUDETTE the person I had paid and been in contact with , told me the helper the installer had wouldn't be available and if I wanted the job down i would be required to help. She went as far as saying “you want to sit around and expect things to get done”. Appalled I asked her to just deliver the remaining glass door and panel and I would have someone else install. After several back and forth she finally dropped off the GLASS door and panel to my doorstep like a newspaper. It is the middle of November and windy ! I am also out of town so have to make provisions for my neighbor to bring them in before the fall and shatter. DO NOT WASTE TIME , money or sanity dealing with this pathetic company. Unless you enjoy arguments and want to be an apprentice and pick up a glass install trade that you are paying for. This 3 month process as well as deposit I paid (half the cost of project) was not worth the headache.
