0/10 Landlords are slumlords. Sketchy people in parking lots with loud music all night. Group of sketchy guys drink beer around the dumpster all summer. Mold in all windows and air units. No legitimate business listing's, proving these are just slim lords. We've had multiple bug issues, which we had to fix, they rarely even spray. We started renting here a $750 a month, and now it's magically almost $1500 a month.
