Will never rent with Manny's again. The lack of communication was unreal. They went out of town and had no employees show up to deliver the slide for our party. My husband messaged thwm on FB and I texted the number starting at 730am. At 930am husband got told the owners brother would be here in 45mins. At 1130 the owner called and said we had to go get her brother because he was lost and it wasn't her fault her employees didn't show up. My husband had to leave our party to go find him. They got back at 1pm and my husband had to set the slide up because the brother just wasn't able to. Not only that but he brought the wrong slide. The next day, pick up day we didn't hear from Mannys all day, at 745pm that night they texted and said they were about to be at our house to pick up the slide. We were not home at that time and had to rush back not knowing who was about to show up without us there. When they got there the owner said she let us have it an extra day since the brother brought the wrong slide, didn't do us any good to have it an extra day because the party was the day before at 10am and it didn't arrive until 1pm. No communication at all from these people from start to finish was the most frustrating thing. It wasn't our fault either her employees didn't show up with them out of town, and us having to leave our guests to go find her brother, set it up ourselves, and then not knowing when they were coming back. We gave them 4 summers of business but never again. There is a place in Palestine, Tx we will be using from now on.
