Joe Bertoldi of JNS Farms is among the most difficult people I have ever done business with. On September 12, 2019, Mr. Bertoldi purchase a hydraulic hose from me on eBay. After the package was lost, Mr. Bertoldi posted the following comment onto the feedback section: “another bag of sht who stole my money and lied” while the investigation into the whereabouts of the package had just commenced. After sending proof that the package was indeed mailed out, and carrier acknowledgement that the whereabouts of the package was under investigation, Mr. Bertoldi repeatedly insists that I didn’t send out his package along with accusations of fraud. When Mr. Bertoldi was told, he would get his money back after the carrier concludes their investigation and the comment he posted was inappropriate, his reply was: “I wanted the hose instead I got hosed I made my payment you dropped the ball never sent the hose for whatever reason and I'm the bad guy your delusional” I can only begin to speculate the mindset of Mr. Bertoldi, but based on his comment, a “bag of sht” is a term that he constantly assigns to people that rubs him the wrong way and from my observations, it does not take a lot to do so. In hindsight, if I knew this was the person I had to deal with, I would have thrown the hydraulic hose in the garbage rather than have to deal with Joe Bertoldi. He is the type of person that believes buying something from someone gives him the right to insult that person. Take your money and run
