Unfortumately I did not have a good experience at this Furniture Fair. First week in November I placed an order for a leather couch and two fabric recliners. I was told it would take around four months to come in and I understood the time frame. Several weeks after placing the order I received a call that the leather I chose for the couch could only be used on chairs. I was disappointed that the salesman did not know this when I first placed the order but I went back and Bobby the store manager worked with me. The only alternative he came up with was a leather couch that was double the price of the original. My impression of the manager was he could care less if I found something or if I cancelled my order. The next day I decided to switch the leather and put it on the chairs and use the original fabric I had chosen for the chairs and put it on the sofa. Two weeks later another call saying the fabric could not be used on the couch. REALLY! I could not believe that for a second time the salesman did not know his product. I called the manager and cancelled the order and do not plan on using Furniture Fair in the future.
