Caveat emptor.
Allen General Contracting is a crook and a thief. You should not trust them under any circumstances with your renovation. Allen General Contracting stole $10,000 from us and barely did 10% of the work that needed to be done. We had to bring in another contractor to complete what Allen General Contracting had left behind, which was an undone renovation. They will call you day in and day out begging for more money, and will not stop pestering you until they get what they want - money for a job not done. I would never recommend them to do work on your house.
This is not a company you want to do business with, not professional and very shady.
